FREDERICK, Md. — The Frederick Police Department is asking for help identifying a potential suspect from a shooting incident that happened in July. According to police, around 3 a.m. on July 5, officers responded to the area of East All Saints Street parking garage for a reported shooting. They found a man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, and he was then taken to a hospital for treatment, where he was reportedly in stable condition.
