A 45-year-old woman from Orland died on May 24 when she crashed her 2004 Honda Accord on County Road M at County Road 24 in the Willows area, officials said. Longtime Orland and Glenn County community leader Tracey Quarne died following a vehicle collision in North Dakota on Sunday, June 30. According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Quarne, known to many as “Mr. Q,” was driving south on U.S. Highway 83 in northern North Dakota.
