48-Unit Vali Hai Apartments in Seattle’s Queen Anne District Listed for Sale at $17MM
A multifamily community in Seattle has hit the market for the first time. According to a marketing brochure from Kidder Mathews, which has the listing, the property, known as Vali Hai Apartments, is currently on the market for $17 million, or about $354,166 per unit. Located at 800 1st Ave. N in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood, this property features 48 units with an average size of 688 square feet, situated on a 25,400 square foot lot with 42 parking spaces. The unit mix includes two studios, three one-bedroom units, 31 one-bedroom units with a living room and 12 two-bedroom units. The asset was constructed in 1959. According to King County public records, the owner is an entity affiliated with Vali Hai Limited Partnership.
