CASPER, Wyo. — A balloonist was injured Saturday after being ejected from the basket during a descent over east Casper during the annual Casper Balloon Roundup. Casper Police Department Spokesperson Amber Freestone said the event was reported around 7 a.m. Saturday. JACKSON, Wyo. — Put the pedal to the pathway during the Friends of Pathways, Bike To Work Day on Wednesday, July 17. For those in need of extra motivation, bikers will be rewarded with coffee, muffins and high fives from 7:30 until 9:30 a.m., according to Friends of Pathways. Free breakfast treats will be given out at four different locations throughout the valley to those who bike, walk or bus to work.
