WASHINGTON — $1 million in grants from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) were recently announced and awarded to Santa Fe Community College (SFCC) and the City of Ratón. This funding was made possible through the Infrastructure Law, which was passed by the N.M. Farmington woman facing federal drug and gun charges
A Farmington woman who was investigated by the Region II Narcotics Task Force has been charged with federal drug trafficking and firearms charges. Tasheena Hoskie, 42, allegedly led authorities on a high-speed chase between New Mexico and Arizona on July 12, leading to “the seizure of over half a kilogram of methamphetamine, thousands of suspected counterfeit pills, and multiple firearms,” according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
