In show of gratitude, two California gas stations gave away free gas to military veterans

In a generous gesture of appreciation, Helpful Honda is offering free gas to veterans and active duty military service members this Memorial Day. The initiative aims to honor the sacrifices made by these individuals and provide them with a small token of gratitude.

On Memorial Day, Monday, May 27, 2024, veterans and active duty military can fill up their tanks for free at two locations in Huntington Beach. The first 100 veterans who arrive at each location will be eligible for the free gas giveaway.

The event will take place at the following times and locations:

• From 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 15001 Goldenwest Street
• From 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at 5972 Warner Avenue

To receive the free gas, veterans and active duty military members must present a valid military ID.
