SONIC Drive-In has introduced a new burger called the SONIC Smasher, blending premium ingredients with a budget-friendly price, the restaurant chain announced.

Starting Monday, July 29, the burger will be available for early access through the SONIC App, with a nationwide rollout beginning August 5.

The SONIC Smasher features two Angus patties, American cheese, Smasher sauce, crinkle-cut pickles, and diced onions on a potato bun.

It’s priced starting at $6.49, with a larger version, the SONIC Triple Smasher, available for $7.49.

This new addition aims to offer a high-quality cheeseburger experience without the premium price tag of many fast-casual chains.
