Big Lots! to offer Bargain of the Day at stores during National Bargain Hunting Week in August

In honor of National Bargain Hunting Week from August 12-18, Big Lots has announced exciting new initiatives aimed at celebrating the thrill of finding great deals. The company will offer a new "Bargain of the Day" each day during the week, featuring discounts of 20% to 75% on a wide range of products including furniture, pet accessories, and personal care items. Customers can access these daily deals by joining BIG Rewards for free at biglots.com/rewards.

In conjunction with the celebrations, Big Lots revealed insights from a recent survey conducted in partnership with MarketVision Research. The survey, which assessed American’s bargain shopping habits, found that 85% of shoppers seek the thrill of discovering deals, while 62% consider bargain hunting therapeutic. Apparel, pantry items, seasonal goods, décor, furniture, and electronics were identified as the top categories for bargain shoppers.
