Three California theme parks named the most visited in the world, new report finds

Three California theme parks have been recognized among the most visited in the world, according to the annual index report by Themed Entertainment Association/AECOM. The report, which estimates attendance at top global theme park destinations, placed Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure, and Universal Studios Hollywood on its prestigious list.

Disneyland Park secured the second spot, with an estimated 17 million visitors last year. Disney California Adventure ranked 11th, attracting around 10 million visitors, while Universal Studios Hollywood earned the 14th position with over 9 million visitors.

These rankings highlight the enduring popularity of California’s theme parks, solidifying their status as top attractions on the global stage.
