The National Weather Service in Los Angeles/Oxnard forecasts a period of calm weather for Southern California, with some coastal low clouds and fog expected each night through morning. Dry conditions will prevail through the week.

Temperatures are set to rise, particularly in interior areas, with a noticeable warm-up expected on Tuesday and Wednesday. Highs may reach 100-104 degrees in the Antelope Valley and other warm spots, though no heat advisories are anticipated at this time.

A high-pressure system building into the region will reduce marine layer clouds and increase temperatures by 2-4 degrees across most areas, with more significant warming (4-8 degrees) along the Central Coast. Despite the warming, overall weather conditions remain benign, with no major weather events expected.
