The culinary scene in San Francisco is set to gain a significant boost as renowned Miami chef Bradley Kilgore announces the opening of two new restaurants in the Transamerica Pyramid redevelopment. Although the restaurants will not be located in the iconic tower itself, they promise to bring Kilgore’s celebrated cuisine to the area.

According to the San Francisco Standard, Kilgore’s first venture, Cafe Sebastian, is scheduled to open in October. This casual bistro will occupy the ground floor of Transamerica Three, a building at the base of the tower. Cafe Sebastian will cater to breakfast and lunch crowds with offerings that include pastries, coffee, grab-and-go sandwiches, hot entrees, half-bottles of wine, and gelato.

Following this, Kilgore will launch Ama in December, also within Transamerica Three. This restaurant will showcase Kilgore’s innovative take on itameshi cuisine, a blend of Japanese and Italian influences.
