Major U.S. airline launches partnership with Expedia to offer bundled money-saving vacation deals

Alaska Airlines has teamed up with Expedia Group to introduce Stays by Alaska Vacations, a new platform offering exclusive deals on over 900,000 hotel and vacation rental properties worldwide. Through this partnership, guests can earn and redeem miles through Alaska's industry-leading Mileage Plan, making travel more rewarding, the company stated.

Starting today, Alaska Mileage Plan members will earn one mile per dollar spent on all bookings made through Stays by Alaska Vacations, with Alaska Airlines Visa Signature cardholders earning an additional three miles per dollar on eligible stays. This new offering builds on Alaska’s earlier launch of Packages by Alaska Vacations, which allows travelers to bundle flights, accommodations, and activities at discounted rates.
