Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has inaugurated its new Training & Innovation Center in Wichita, KS, underscoring its commitment to quality and franchise success. The 23,000-square-foot facility, equipped with cutting-edge technology and a simulated restaurant environment, will facilitate virtual training, product testing, and consumer focus groups.

Located at 3020 N. Cypress, Ste. 200, the center supports Freddy’s growth, with 533 restaurants open across 36 states and another 130 in development. It will produce 200 training videos and podcasts annually for over 17,000 team members. Additionally, it will host numerous events, including franchisee visits and manager training, boosting the local economy through increased hotel stays and flights.

Freddy's CEO Chris Dull emphasized the center’s role in upholding the brand's commitment to excellence and investing in its hometown. For more information on franchising, visit Freddy’s website.
