The National Weather Service San Francisco has issued a weather update predicting cooler temperatures across the Bay Area through Saturday. A dynamic upper-level system will bring a slight chance of light rain, particularly affecting the North and East Bay from Friday night into Saturday. However, the forecast is trending drier as the weekend progresses.

Inland temperatures are expected to rise again starting Sunday, with a return to above-normal temperatures by early next week as high pressure builds over the Pacific. The system will move out, leading to a warm-up across the region.

No thunderstorms are anticipated with the passing cold front. For more details, keep an eye on local weather updates.
