Trip.Gourmet, Trip.com Group's premier food travel guide, has announced its top global restaurants at the Trip.Gourmet Global Rebrand Launch and Trip.Best Gourmet Awards at Marina Bay Sands. This event underscores Trip.Gourmet’s mission to enhance food tourism, reflecting a significant rise in global interest in culinary experiences.

Trip.Gourmet's updated rankings now feature over 10,000 restaurants across 300 cities, categorized into Fine Dining, Local Restaurants, Light Bites, and Restaurants for Views & Experiences. The guide emphasizes the intersection of travel and dining, offering seamless reservations through the Trip.Best lists on the Trip.com app.

The awards highlighted fine dining establishments from around the world, with notable mentions including Odette and Waku Ghin in Singapore, Kubu at Mandapa in Bali, and SÉZANNE in Tokyo. The Black Diamond list showcased top restaurants primarily from France, China, and Japan.

Trip.Gourmet also introduced a new Food Guide Channel on Trip.com and Ctrip, featuring local culinary gems and a "Taste the Season" campaign with Shangri-La, combining hotel stays with exclusive dining experiences. The updated platform supports reservations at over 50,000 restaurants globally, enhancing convenience for travelers seeking top dining options.
