Free airline perk is flying away in September; Frequent fliers can grab an edition before it ends

United Airlines is celebrating the end of an era by giving away 50,000 copies of the final printed edition of its Hemispheres Magazine. This last issue, marking the end of the magazine’s long run, will be available both onboard flights and through a special offer to the airline's top MileagePlus members.

To request a free copy, loyal flyers need to log into their MileagePlus account and navigate to the designated request page. After clicking the “RSVP now” button, users will need to confirm their request by clicking the “Buy now” button. A final confirmation screen will indicate that the process was successful.

This giveaway is a nod to Hemispheres Magazine's legacy as United Airlines transitions to digital formats for its in-flight publications.
