Nightly Lane Closures on California's Interstate 80 for Much-Needed Paving Work

SOLANO COUNTY – Caltrans Bay Area-District 4 has announced nightly lane closures on Interstate 80 in Solano County starting September 9, 2024, as part of a paving project. The closures will affect both eastbound and westbound lanes between Air Base Parkway in Fairfield and Leisure Town Road in Vacaville.

The paving work will be carried out Monday through Saturday nights, with one lane in each direction remaining open at all times to ensure continued traffic flow. Motorists should expect delays and are advised to plan their routes accordingly.
