    Fogo de Chão, the acclaimed Brazilian churrasco restaurant, is introducing a range of exciting new menu items across its U.S. locations starting today. The highlight of the new offerings is the Fresh Whole Branzino, a first for the brand.

    This approximately 2-pound fish is grilled churrasco-style over an open flame, creating a crisp, decadent flavor. Served tableside with extra virgin olive oil, lemon, and parsley, the Whole Branzino will be available from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch, brunch, and dinner.

    In addition to the Whole Branzino, Fogo de Chão is adding several new dishes to its menu, including Roasted Bone Marrow with crispy toasts and chimichurri, Caviar Brioche with egg salad and Tobiko black roe, and Roasted Apple & Butternut Squash Salad. Other seasonal items include a fresh Carrot Ginger Soup and a vibrant Seasonal Fall Hummus.
