Rapidly expanding Tex-Mex chain to open third location in Texas city, Ninth restaurant overall

Fajita Pete’s, the popular Tex-Mex brand renowned for its fresh fajitas and Tex-Mex dishes, is celebrating a major milestone with the opening of its third Austin location. The new restaurant, located at 3736 Bee Cave Road in West Lake Hills, officially opens its doors on September 1, marking the ninth location for Fajita Pete’s largest franchisee, Ft. Bend Fajitas.

Joining the already successful MoPac and Cedar Park locations, the Westlake spot is part of Fajita Pete’s broader strategy to expand its reach across Texas. The new restaurant will offer takeout, delivery, and catering services, allowing customers to enjoy Fajita Pete’s signature dishes wherever they are.

Michael Blalock, Austin franchisee and partner in Ft. Bend Fajitas, noted that the Cedar Park and MoPac locations have become top performers, serving a diverse clientele including families, local businesses, and game-day tailgaters. The new Westlake location will continue to offer Fajita Pete’s popular menu items such as sizzling fajitas, golden flautas, and cheesy quesadillas, along with its renowned catering services for local events.
