'Cowboy Capital of the World' Texas town braces for tens of thousands of motorcycles during rally

The Cowboy Capital of the World is revving up for the 22nd annual Rumble on the River motorcycle rally, taking place from September 27th to 29th at Mansfeld Park. Hosted by Biker Rallies of Texas, this highly anticipated event is set to draw a substantial crowd to the scenic Texas Hill Country, organizers stated.

This year’s rally welcomes Outlaw Dave, the Texas Radio Hall of Fame legend and former KLOL host, as the new Entertainment Manager, Stage Manager, and Emcee. Attendees can look forward to a packed schedule featuring live music from tribute bands Guns N Texas, TNT, Motley Krue, Whiskey D, Reb Jacobs, and The Kaleidoscope Project, according to event organizers. The weekend will also include bike and field games, a karaoke party, scavenger hunt, tattoo contests, a bike show with a $1,000 cash prize, and a fun run through the iconic Twisted Sisters.
