    In a dazzling showcase of Denver's vibrant dining scene, the MICHELIN Guide has recognized 28 local restaurants in its second annual Colorado edition. The prestigious awards celebrate culinary excellence across the city, with accolades extending to both established favorites and exciting newcomers.

    Among the highlights, Alma Fonda Fina received a coveted MICHELIN Star, a mark of exceptional quality and skill. MAKfam was honored with a Bib Gourmand, distinguishing it for offering excellent food at great value. Additionally, Kawa Ni and Brasserie Brixton were newly listed as Recommended restaurants, reflecting their high quality and fresh ingredients.

    Denver’s dining community was further celebrated with two special awards: Allison Anderson of Beckon was named the recipient of the MICHELIN Outstanding Service Award, while Johnny Curiel of Alma Fonda Fina received the MICHELIN Young Chef/Culinary Professional Award, recognizing his emerging talent and contribution to the culinary arts.
