Shake Shack Teams Up with TALEA Beer Co. for Limited-Edition Black Truffle Lager in NYC Restaurants

Shake Shack is offering a new fall treat for fans of its Black Truffle Menu—a limited-edition Black Truffle Lager, created in collaboration with TALEA Beer Co. Starting September 13, this unique brew will be available at all Shake Shack locations across New York City, while supplies last. The beer, crafted with real black truffles and porcini mushrooms, will also be featured at TALEA’s taprooms in Williamsburg, Cobble Hill, West Village, and Bryant Park.

TALEA Beer Co., founded in 2019 by Tara Hankinson and LeAnn Darland, is the only woman- and veteran-owned production brewery in New York City. Known for creating approachable, flavor-forward beers, TALEA has brought its expertise to this new collaboration with Shake Shack, aiming to provide a bold pairing for the chain’s signature truffle-based menu.
