Scorching Heat of 110-degree Temps Set to Grip Los Angeles, Southern California Through Wednesday

Dangerously hot conditions are expected across much of Los Angeles, with valley and inland areas reaching between 95 to 110°F today and Wednesday. Coastal regions may also feel the heat, with temperatures climbing 6 to 12 degrees above normal. A Heat Advisory is in effect for many areas, and additional advisories may extend to places like Downtown LA on Wednesday, the National Weather Service Los Angeles office stated.
