In a special move for dedicated California fans, BART has announced early train service to Berkeley’s campus this Saturday, marking a historic day for the university’s athletic program. For the first time, ESPN's popular college football pregame show, “College GameDay,” will be broadcast live from the campus, starting at 6 a.m. Pacific. To accommodate fans eager to attend, BART will operate trains arriving at the Downtown Berkeley station by 5 a.m., nearly an hour before regular Saturday service begins.

The early trains will make stops at several key stations, including Daly City, Dublin/Pleasanton, 16th Street Mission, Powell, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Orinda, Fremont, Bay Fair, Fruitvale, El Cerrito del Norte, and MacArthur.

As excitement builds for this landmark event, BART is working to ensure fans have a convenient way to partake in the festivities surrounding the Golden Bears’ game. Further details about the event and train schedules are expected to be shared soon.
