California-born McDonald's Chicken Big Mac to Make U.S. Debut This Month

McDonald’s is set to launch the Chicken Big Mac in the U.S. later this month, bringing a popular international twist on its iconic Big Mac to American menus. The Chicken Big Mac replaces the classic all-beef patties with two crispy, tempura-battered chicken patties, while keeping the beloved Big Mac toppings intact.

“We’re excited to pay homage to one of our most iconic menu items and introduce it to a whole new generation of fans,” said Tariq Hassan, McDonald’s USA chief marketing and customer experience officer.
