LAS VEGAS – A significant change in weather is on the horizon for Las Vegas, according to the U.S. National Weather Service. After experiencing unseasonably warm temperatures well above normal through Wednesday, residents can expect a sharp drop as temperatures plummet below normal from Friday through Sunday.

The transition to cooler weather will not be a gentle one, as gusty winds and occasional showers are anticipated late Thursday through Saturday morning. The most intense winds are expected on Friday, potentially causing disruptions and impacting outdoor activities.

Residents are advised to prepare for these weather changes and stay updated with local forecasts as the week progresses.
