California's newest EV charging station has a market, lounge, bathrooms, free internet

Rove, a local developer of electric vehicle (EV) charging centers, has opened its first location in Santa Ana at 1008 E. 17th Street. The new center features 40 DC Fast Chargers equipped with a mix of NACS, CCS, and CHAdeMo plugs, making it compatible with all fast-charging battery electric vehicles (BEVs).

Rove-Santa Ana is designed to provide more than just charging; it combines fast charging with amenities such as ReCharge by Gelson's Fresh Market, a 24/7 lounge with free Wi-Fi, clean restrooms, and onsite support. This first-of-its-kind facility spans over an acre and includes 28 Tesla V4 Superchargers and 12 premium ABB chargers, capable of delivering up to 350 kW.
