A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for the central Oregon Cascades above 4000 feet, as it marks the first significant snow of the season. Showers will taper off by Thursday evening, with drier weather anticipated on Friday. However, a weak atmospheric river may bring more rain by Sunday. Cooler temperatures are also expected Friday morning, with the possibility of frost in the Upper Hood River Valley.
