According to a recent list compiled by Title Max, Monte Sereno has been named the wealthiest town in California, with residents earning an average of more than $250,000 annually. This small community, located in Santa Clara County, outpaces the median U.S. household income of $67,521 by a significant margin.

Title Max used U.S. Census Bureau data to identify the richest towns across the country, focusing on median household income to spotlight America’s most affluent communities. The analysis highlights how wealth is concentrated in various regions, including lesser-known gated neighborhoods, with Monte Sereno topping the list in California, the list showed.
