Brace for gridlock: Traffic Advisory for 49ers Football Game Levi's Stadium on Sunday, October 20

Santa Clara, CA – The San Francisco 49ers will host the Kansas City Chiefs at Levi's Stadium on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at 1:25 p.m. Heavy traffic and road closures are expected in the area throughout the day, with delays on major routes such as Highways 101, 237, 880, and the surrounding expressways.

Tasman Drive will be closed from Convention Center Circle to Centennial Way starting at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday. Parking lots will open at 9:55 a.m., and stadium gates will open at 11:25 a.m. Fans are urged to use public transportation, and rideshare users will be directed to Red Lot 7 after the game. Bicyclists can access a complimentary valet service in Green Lot 1.

The City of Santa Clara has deployed traffic cameras and extra police personnel to manage traffic and ensure public safety. Residents and visitors are advised to allow extra time for travel and to follow all posted instructions and message boards.
