The Toasted Yolk Cafe is set to celebrate its 25th Texas location with a grand opening on October 21, 2024, in Lumberton, TX. Known for its unique breakfast, brunch, and lunch offerings, the cafe also features a full bar for those looking to indulge in boozy morning cocktails.

This new location will be owned and operated by Bret Baumgartner, a seasoned franchisee with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. This marks Bret's second Toasted Yolk Cafe, and he is excited to bring the brand’s unmatched dining experience to the Lumberton community.

Ahead of the grand opening, the cafe will host two VIP soft opening events on October 18 and 19, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. During these events, guests can support the local Rotary Club of Hardin County, with all proceeds going to the organization, which promotes service, integrity, and goodwill. Attendees will also get a sneak peek of the new restaurant and menu.
