After seven years, Lay's asks loyal consumers to create the next iconic potato chip flavor

Lay’s is bringing back its popular "Do Us A Flavor" contest, giving fans the chance to create the next iconic potato chip flavor. After a seven-year hiatus, the contest returns, allowing fans to submit their flavor ideas through February 21, 2025, for the opportunity to see their chip on store shelves and win $1 million. Participants can submit up to 10 unique ideas per day at DoUsAFlavor.com, and a judging panel will select three finalist flavors to hit the market in April 2025. The winner, chosen by fan votes, will be announced later in the year.

To kick off the campaign, Lay's opened the Flavor Vault, re-releasing five fan-favorite flavors from previous contests, including Chicken & Waffles, Cheesy Garlic Bread, and Southern Biscuits & Gravy. Fans can enter a sweepstakes to win an exclusive kit featuring these flavors by interacting with Lay's on social media.
