Trouble landing a nursing residency in Miami florida
I am having trouble getting a job as a new graduate nurse in Miami. I am looking for a bedside position and I'm told that my only option is a new grad nurse residency. I have applied to many hospitals.. Baptist, Jackson, UM, Mount Sinai, but I haven't gotten selected for interviews at any. I have my BSN, and I already passed the NCLEX. Does anyone have any insight or advice on how to navigate this process? Are any of you experiencing the same thing?

So I know it's getting late on a Sunday afternoon and the entire world is winding down from an elongated holiday weekend full of far too many beers celebrating our great country's birthday, hopefully now enjoying a nice, relaxing family dinner before heading back into the real world tomorrow morning.....but I just saw this video come across my timeline and I had to put down the pasta dish and head upstairs into my old childhood bedroom to crank one out like I used to. I'm talking about writing a blog, you creeps. But anyways, this conversation between Miami's new mercenary millionaire QB Cam Ward and the best 4-8 QB on planet earth (just ask him, he'll tell you), Shedeur Sanders, has me up in arms. Am I hearing some of these quotes correctly from two of the top / highest paid quarterbacks in the sport?
