    Library of Virginia’s mobile van to head to Goochland branch of Pamunkey Regional Library

    GOOCHLAND, Va. (WRIC) — The Library of Virginia’s mobile programming van, LVA On the Go will be heading to the Goochland branch of the Pamunkey Regional Library near the end of July.

    The van will be at the library from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, July 26.

    Visitors can register for a library account, discuss regional and family history and learn about research and educational materials from the Library of Virginia.

    In addition, library staff will present on the Virginia Chronicle, the library’s newspaper database at 11 a.m. and Virginia Untold: The African American Narrative, a digital database of records, at noon.

    Children’s activities will also be available.
