On Tuesday, Codington County commissioners selected Duininck Inc. of Prinsburg, Minnesota to rebuild a parking lot at the county’s Extension Complex in Watertown. The bid process required entrants to provide a base bid and alternates for either a concrete/gravel base or a heavy cloth/gravel base.
