National organization honors Goodyear bank mortgage lender

Dee Jimenez, a bilingual mortgage lender and branch manager for Bell Bank’s Goodyear mortgage location, has been recognized with a national award.

Jimenez was honored with the 2024 Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators Award by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.

According to a press release, Jimenez has championed broadening home ownership. She leads a bilingual mortgage team in Bell Bank’s Goodyear Mortgage Branch, which is located at 15150 W. Park Place, Suite 104, and opened in 2023.

As an honoree of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Top 250, Jimenez is now among the nation’s elite group of Latino mortgage professionals.

“I am so blessed and honored to have been given this award,” she stated. “It just reinforces our commitment to serving our community and making home ownership a reality for everyone.”

Jimenez will formally receive the award this fall in San Diego, where she will join 249 other top Latino mortgage professionals.

“Dee’s outstanding achievements are a testament to the Latino mortgage market’s growing leadership and impact,” Bell Bank Mortgage President Tony Weick stated. “She has led by example and grown a team of bilingual mortgage lenders who are truly making a difference in the lives of the clients they serve.”

All four of Bell’s mortgage team members in Goodyear are bilingual, speaking Spanish and English.
