Goodyear, Litchfield Park voting deadline approaches

Polls are closing for early, mail-in ballot voters in Arizona’s primary election.

The latest recommended date to send out early ballots is July 23. This suggestion is to allow time for county election officials to receive the ballots before in-person voting polls close 7 p.m. July 30.

For voting residents who cannot mail their ballots out in time, ballot drop boxes and in-person voting centers are able to take mail-in ballots. There are five of these locations across the Litchfield Park and Goodyear communities.

Voters can turn their ballots in at:

• Goodyear City Hall, 1900 N. Civic Square
• Skyway Church, West Valley, 900 W. Van Buren St.
• Westar School, 17777 W. Westar Drive
• Church at Litchfield Park, 300 N. Old Litchfield Road
• Litchfield Park First Baptist Church, 901 E. Plaza Circle
