Areas of fog. Low to mid 70s. Tuesday and Wednesday, the chance for rain lowers with the temperatures rising. High temps return back to the 90s for the first time in nearly two weeks with just a slight chance of a storm each day. Overnight will be warm, and muggy with overnight low temps in the 70s. Areas of fog each night can be expected.

According to Birmingham Police, officers observed a stolen vehicle near Center Street N. and 4th Court just before 3 a.m. Authorities attempted to pull the vehicle over, but according to BPD, the driver refused to stop and a chase ensued.

Pedestrian dies after being struck by commercial vehicle in Montgomery
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - A man has died in Montgomery Monday morning after being struck by a commercial vehicle. Police say that around 7:14 a.m., police and fire medics responded to the West South Boulevard I-65 Southbound ramp after reports of a person being hit by a commercial vehicle. On the scene, first responders located a man who had sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
