CrimeStoppers offers reward for information on July shooting
The Montgomery Police Department is investigating a July 18, 2024, homicide and is seeking the public’s help with identifying the suspects. Investigators say on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at about 12:45 a.m., MPD and Fire Medics responded to the 1000 block of West South Boulevard in reference to a subject shot. There, units located the victim who sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased on the scene. The victim was identified as Hector Bamaca Yoc, 21, of Montgomery.

MA teammates lead South in all-star volleyball game
Early on, it looked as if the South volleyball team was in control of its all-star match at the Multiplex on Thursday afternoon.
