HUNTINGTON, Arkansas — A minor is dead after a semi versus car crash in Sebastian County on July 20. According to a crash report from the Arkansas Department of Public Safety (DPS), a Freightliner semi-truck was traveling north on Highway 71 while a second vehicle, a Nissan Maxima, was traveling south.
