The Orange County Interscholastic Athletic Association recently honored its top senior student-athletes for each high school. Goshen High School selected Norah Staunton and Grant Moore.

Norah Staunton
GPA: 102.62
Class Rank: 1st decile
Varsity Sports: Tennis
Academic Honors/Extracurricular Activities: National Honor Society; World Language Honor Society; top 6 in my class; Model U.N.; Chamber Orchestra; Junior Friends; LEO Club; Green Team
Athletic Honors: Captain; played on Varsity team for six seasons; played first singles for five seasons; two-time runner-up in the OCIAA Championships; Section IX runner-up; Section IX champion; placed within the top 16 players at the State Championships
Community Service: Volunteer at local tennis club as a coach; help run fundraisers and events at my tennis club; as LEO Club member helped run local events and fundraisers in our community; Green Team - volunteering to collect recycling within the school and recycle it ourselves
Future Plans: New York University, to major in Liberal Studies with hopes of pursuing a career in one of the science fields, playing on women's tennis team.
