(CNN) — New York’s attorney general urged the Supreme Court on Wednesday to stay out of Donald Trump’s hush money criminal case, arguing the nation’s highest court should not grant a novel request by Missouri to pause his sentencing hearing and lift the gag order imposed on the former president in the case.
Stolte appointed Maryville police chief
(Maryville) -- The city of Maryville has found its new top public safety official. City officials announced in a release Monday that Interim Police Chief Mike Stolte has been appointed to the role of permanent police chief. Stolte has been with the department since 2004, beginning as a public safety officer before advancing to the ranks of Patrol Sergeant and Lieutenant. He was appointed interim police chief in January following the retirement of Ron Christian. Stolte tells KMA News he was honored and grateful to be tabbed as police chief.
