Multiple Steers received All-District and All-State recognition for their work on the field and in the classroom.

    The season has come and gone for the Graham Steers soccer team, but while the competition has ceased, the postseason awards have come in with multiple players getting recognition.

    It was a difficult season for the Steers as they struggled in district play and missed the playoffs. The team finished the year with a 6-13-1 record and ended in fifth place in District 4-4A with a 2-6 record. However, Graham had plenty of quality athletes whose work stood out both on the field and in the classroom.

    Listed below are the different players and the honors they received among the competition of District 4-4A.

    Ozzy Trejo, 1st Team All-District
    Lucio Arvizu, 2nd Team All-District
    Kyson Bates, 2nd Team All-District
    Jesus Lucio, Honorable Mention and Academic All-District
    Thomason Burkett, Honorable Mention and Academic All-District
    Bryan Sanchez, Honorable Mention
    Holton Weatherman, Honorable Mention and Academic All-State
    Jace Gill, Academic All-District
    Derek Young, Academic All-District
    Cooper Wilde, Academic All-District
