NY weather update: Flood advisory anticipated to expire at 1 a.m.
The advisory was for Westchester County. "The Flood Advisory will expire at 1 a.m. early this morning for portions of southern Connecticut, including the following area, Fairfield and southeast New York, including the following area, Westchester. The heavy rain has ended. Urban and small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures," according to the National Weather Service.
