Man Accused in Lewiston Stabbing Case to Enter Treatment Program to Avoid Prison Sentence
LEWISTON - A man who was accused of stabbing another man at a Lewiston residence in May has changed his plea as part of a plea deal. Lewiston Police responded to a report that a man had been stabbed at a residence in the 200 block of South Garden Court around 8:00 a.m. on May 23. 20-year-old Torquil E. McIntosh, of Lewiston, would be arrested a short time later.
Montessori School in Mansfield welcomes new leader
MANSFIELD — The Oak Grove Montessori School Board of Trustees in Mansfield recently appointed Leela Pahl as the new head of the school. Serving the Tolland and Windham communities, the Montessori School works with children ages 2.9 to 12 years old. The school at 132 Pleasant Valley Road in Mansfield celebrates 43 years of teaching.
