Two arrested, 1 sought in Bridgeport-area gunfire
DOUGLAS COUNTY — An exchange of gunfire earlier this month outside Bridgeport has led to two arrests. Douglas County sheriff’s deputies say numerous shots were fired Aug. 11 as part of a gang-related confrontation near Richards Avenue and Highway 173 on Bridgeport Bar, about five miles outside of Bridgeport. After investigation, police served two search warrants on Tuesday at two different locations, arresting two men in the process.
