Tri-Cities voters will decide on renewing a millage for the North Ottawa County Council on Aging at the ballot box on Aug. 6.

The proposal is for 0.25 mills (25 cents per $1,000 of assessed property value) over 10 years, running from 2025-2034. The city of Grand Haven, Ferrysburg, and Spring Lake Township will all vote on the proposal next month that goes to funding the council, which now does business as the Four Pointes Center for Successful Aging.
