    Annual pig roast returns to City Beach on Saturday

    Pedro’s Pig Roast invites the Grand Haven community to gather for a fun day on City Beach this Saturday, Aug. 17.

    Saturday marks the 31st year founder Pete “Pedro” Stalzer has held the community pig roast, which he started in 1991. Since then, the event has grown into a large beach party for people to come and can enjoy food, live music and activities for free, as Stalzer only accepts donations from attendees.
