LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. — A tractor trailer hauling chocolate syrup overturned in Lebanon County early this morning, causing a road closure. The crash occurred at 2:55 a.m. on July 24 in the 1800 block of South Forge Road (Route 117) near the roundabout in South Londonderry Township, according to Lebanon County 911 Dispatch.
