The Mall West End to be transformed into mixed-use site along with other affordable housing projects: City of Atlanta
ATLANTA — The City of Atlanta and Atlanta Urban Development (AUD) announced three new affordable housing projects, including redeveloping the West End, on Monday. According to the city, the projects combined will add nearly 350 affordable housing for Atlanta residents who are earning up to 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) in Atlanta. Each project will offer at least 20% of units affordable for those making 50% AMI and an additional 10% for people earning up to 80% AMI.

Night Market Returns to Lake Carroll Friday
The City of Carrollton’s Night Market returns to Lake Carroll Park for the final time this summer with local vendors, food trucks, brews and live music, August 2. The park features pavilions, picnic tables, grills, an enlarged boat ramp, a wooden boardwalk, fishing platforms and a playground. It is located on North Lakeshore Drive, adjacent to the public docks area, near the dam.
